They DO require an emissions test ... But go through on a Non CAT test limit

It shouldnt fail without one... My emissions are just outside the cat test limit so i easily do the non cat test

Thanks....I didnt see that one .... It really isnt very well at all ... went from running fine to this state in less than 15miles so something has gone very wrong ... I am going to get it up in the air at the weekend weather permitting to assess the damage and go from there .... but i cant see a hap...

Will i be able to drop the sump and remove the caps to look for any scoring etc with the engine in the car??? Its a rev 3

My Dad took my 2 for its MOT today....He had the normal crap with the emissions etc ....She passed but was given an advisory...

I am assuming that means the top mount is on its way out.

To fit that you will have to remove yours anyway. Why not just gut your own . All that is required is a big screwdriver and a hammer.

The trouble is you are trying to apply a flat film to a convex/concave window.... They need to be shrunk into place..
Fimmo over on OC sells pre shrunk and cut film for the mk2.
