It's not so much bolts, as those popper things all along the top and bottom of the bumper. Once you have those out, it is a lot easier if you can drop your exhaust, as there are four bolts (two each side) that are right sods to get to and will be rusty too. If you can't get those out (as I couldn't)...

Check the bottom of the bodywork just in front of the rear wheels, prone to rusting and if it is bad, will need new sills. Not cheap!
