Re: Black Rev5

Reassuring. My timing assembly was renewed five years ago but has only done around 15000 miles. Think I'll leave it a while longer. Also I keep thinking of selling mine due to having too many cars in the family but every time I drive it I appreciate how well these cars are put together and I know w...

Hi everyone recently checked out this video and looking to confirm that the bodykit on the olive green car (the one with the model standing in front around 2.15 mins in) is a Greddy front and sides?

[Mk2] [Generic] Battery connected wrong way round. Electrical gremlins

Jump starting this morning, somehow managed to connect the battery the wrong way around . Realised my mistake connect to the right way and car started - now the electric windows don't work, the radiator fan is constantly on and the heater unit doesn't function.

Any ideas please?

Re: [Mk2] [NA] Spax ssx springs year specific?

I was running Apex until one of the fronts broke. A little too soft up front for my tastes. I admit that I'm tempted by the good looks of a lowered car. I also realise that lowering springs often ruin ride and performance so I'm having to weigh things up. Spax have a true drop of 40mm and decent eno...

[Mk2] [NA] Spax ssx springs year specific?

Decided to go with 40mm Spax, they list different springs for two seperate year categories which seems odd? Link to description below https://mr2-ben.co.uk/products/530 No point paying £30 more for earlier year group IMO. My car is '93 running black billies up front which I'll be replacing with std ...

Typical. Just been informed by my wife I have to work on the 27th as it's a bank holiday weekend.

Pencilled in 10th June instead if that suits?
