Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] limits of stock rev3 internals + what would this spec develop
harry - sorry to put a dampener on things, but this excercise is only to get as much out of a stock rev3 - i am refusing to open it or drop serious money inside the 3sgte as i'd rather sink that money towards a built 3vzfe from paul woods... for which i'll have the fueling and turbo already in place...

[Mk2] [Turbo] limits of stock rev3 internals + what would this spec develop

Re: [Mk2] [NA] GOT to be the LOWEST MILEAGE mk2
cheers dave :thumleft: steve - 14k.... my choice would be a series 2 elise 111R, or, better still, if i was allowed to split the budget - a brabus roadster coupe for commuting in and a seriously trick rev3 tubby, if i wasnt allowed to split the budget, rev3 NA sent to mr woods for a v6 with some sor...

Lauren don't apply the handbrake leave the car in gear so you don't fry your brakes. lauren - i understand that is to do with heat from the rear disk hitting the pad, conducting into the caliper and thence ultimately to the fluid cooking it.... :thumleft: can you explain that to my missus though :p...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Turbo aftermarket manifold?
iirc the stock manifold is good for 500bhp, and doesnt crack. so unless your building a scarey monster there then the stock one is the one to bolt back on, if your worried about bling get a stainless heat shield made for it ot hide it
