Cover the underside of the whole with some plastic, making sure it keeps the shape then put some filler in from the top to form a flush layer on the bottom, this fills the bottom then do the top side as you usually would. Did you ever have any problems with overheating under the glass? I've been working on a 2 where we just replaced the vents on the engine lid with glass and grafted some vents between the 2. Works pretty well.

Can anyone recommend or know of a good system that includes remote start and has a turbo timer built in?
