Re: USA 360 & PS3 Games
Main reason for bargains was definitely the exchange rate, 2-1 was exceptionally good, now we're hovering around $1.4~$1.5 at best. Take Killzone 2 as an example, pre-order here for £29.99 or in US for $59.99, so cheaper to buy here. (Many other examples, find an online US retailer and compare price...

It's the only reason the 360 is any good, powered by Sony :)

Re: Left For Dead - Xbox 360!
They pulled all the demos when the game was released, it was available on Steam (PC) until the day of launch and then the demo ceased to function & no longer available to download. Not quite sure of the logic behind that...

Re: PC Gamers
64bit will run fine on that, OEM Vista is locked to the motherboard too so you can't sell on or otherwise utilise the old 32bit version which is a shame.

Yes, well the CPU is key, but that goes hand in hand with the mobo anyway - do you know what processor/board you have?
HNY to all btw.

Re: PC Gamers
i've read that before but my 32bit desktop has 4gb ram and displays it as such in the properties :-k It's a hard limit, only with PAE can it be extended. 4gb is the ceiling on 32bit but that's for the *entire* system, graphics/PCI etc etc need to fit inside that address range, every device requires...

Re: PC Gamers
A few things i'd consider would be first a more powerfull PSU, forget 4gb ram unless your running 64bit, 3gb is the max for 32bit. go for a SATAII 32mb hard drive and i would look at a HD4870/GTX260 graphics card. i've read that before but my 32bit desktop has 4gb ram and displays it as such in the...

www.aria.co.uk are also very good - between Ebuyer & Aria you can get the best deals. Also factor in a good case, I bought an Antec P182, temps dropped by 10c from my old Thermaltake case which gives a little more OCing headroom. http://www.ebuyer.com/product/126946 I think striping HDDs is bene...

Re: Play TV...
For the price - about double a remotely decent single-tuner Freeview box - it's a bargain. The software will be actively developed, unlike Freeview adaptors where you're stuck with the bugs they shipped with, and the cost of a PS3 and 500GB drive is still under £400, so you're going to be able to b...

Re: Play TV...
Let's see an Xbox version of this! I'm not sure the XBox can, the PS3 reserves a processor core that PlayTV utilises, so it doesn't impact on gameplay/recording in anyway, I think the Xbox would be forced to share resources which would likely cause slowdowns. Shame though because a 360 Media Centre...

Rev4 got side impact beams too, IIRC only very late rev3 had them. Plus airbag steering wheel.

Re: Screamer pipe fell off!! Ok still to use car?
There was a guy on here who made a custom side exit screamer pipe (boot mount IC IIRC), there was a night vid showing it spitting flames from both the exhaust & the screamer pipe. I can't remember if he was bouncing it off the limiter or not though. But even so, the temperatures coming out of yo...

Re: Ferrari F430
I met a 430 on the road a short time ago, from the A130 to A127 junction we came off the roundabout and he gave it some beans up to around 80 and then slowed up, he didn't pull anything on me and I kept good pace with him, we both turned on to A127 but he then stopped playing and drove like he had M...

Be carefull with Play... I ordered FC2 from them on 1st Dec when it was £17.99 for Lim. Edition version, ended up phoning up today and getting a refund as it never arrived along with loads of others who ordered it even when the order said dispatched. Others ordered other cheap games from them as we...
