Have you got access to a different multimeter just for comparison as like Peter says, if your not getting 12v at the ECU-IG fuse then it 100% will not run as there will be no spark going to the cap.

Have you checked the 7.5amp alt sensing fuse in the front fuse box?

Rev 2 Turbo Car is not charging battery, checked 3 pin plug with ign on, found one pin to be at 0v (think it is black and yellow wire nearest the floor). Where does the wire go? Looks like it goes into the loom at the intake manifold. Is there anywhere it usually breaks? It goes up to the fuse box ...

It could be the fuel level sender unit could either be faulty or the float could be stuck down, easy to get to its directly beneath the ashtray just remove the ashtray and surrounding trim and you'll get to the plugs for the fuel pump and the sender unit, the sender unit is round and is held into th...

You could try a new igniter, thats pretty much the last thing to do with ignition that you haven't already replaced. :thumleft:

Its copper if i remember correctly, why dont you cut out the piece of pipe with the hole in and replace with some hose.
