MoTeC M4 is getting quite old, but it is
very
reliable, and can pretty much do what ever you ask of it, assuming you can afford the add ons

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] fuel cut defencer not needed when using power fc??
you don't require a FCD with Power FC, as the max boost / sensor output will be limited by the measuring range of the MAP sensor used. Typically the OEM rev1 / rev2 MAP sensor will allow up to 1 bar boost. The OEM rev3 MAP sensor will allow up to 1.6 bar boost. or, you can configure the Power FC to ...

Re: [Mk2] [NA] small end bearing change?
little end bearing is found within the connecting rod... http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/p_E_1990_TOYOTA_MR2_SW20R-ACMZFW_1301.2.html?hl=13201A indeed they do wear and are often overlooked as part of a (forged) engine rebuild when re-using stock rods, but i would be very surprised if this was at fault ...

Re: Is there any major differences between a rev5 & a rev3 turbo
Someone once claimed that they have stronger blocks. People claim a lot of things :) it is true that the rev4 onwards have a revised block design to that of the rev3. the major change is the extra reinforcement in the water pump area. Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Fuel Pressure
as per the workshop manual for ST185
(same engine as SW20 rev2 turbo) with the ignition on, and with diagnostic terminals
+B
& FP bridged, the base fuel pressure is 33-38 psi.
(226-265 kPa)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] blitz accsess
the rev2 blitz access are fetching circa £400 on eBay. For some reason they are still very popular with the Celica GT-Four owners :o once you are building a car with uprated cams & big turbo, it really matters not if you have a rev1 / 2 / 3 as your starting base. because you will have out grown ...

320hp +/- >>> your running very reasonable power for a rev2 (eg an Air flow meter set up) tbh, i would just be content and leave it as is \:D/ . If the Blitz was fitted in Japan, then there is a fair chance that it was set up and ROM tuned for the current supporting mods. That is a very unique scena...
