when i change my brakes from rev1's to rev 3's do i have to change the hubs aswell or is it just the calipers discs etc?

I am in the middle of making my own boost pipes up, for my pp intercooler. I have hit a wall what is the small pipe that goes to the hot pipe just before the bov location? Can it be blanked off or do i need to make up yet another fitting?

Does any one run an intercooler without the fan? and is it ok to do so?

do you know the intercooler pipe diameter i need by any chance?

where could i get some 90 bends from so i could make up some intercooler pipes up for the 2, without paying silly money for em?
