I'm paying just over £200 for my 2GRFE swapped car, and thats including the rollcage which normally bumps up the premium.

Got mine here, haven't unwrapped it yet though.

BigRedd refurbed both my front calipers recently for £100. Not worth the aggro of doing it yourself IMO.
