This is where I finally sourced mine from if it's any help, they seem to have obscure gaskets in stock. Finally managed to get my hayabusa to stop blowing!

As soon as I can source one i'm going to purchase another temp sensor, plug that in as well, but this time before the IC. So i'll be able to record exactly how efficent the standard design is, before I switch over to something else.
