Re: HSD Coilovers not fitting?

Blimey, I saw this topic title and thought it was mine! About 3 or 4 years ago I was in a GB for some of these. And I had the exact same problem. After much discussion with Driftworks (who the GB was organised through) they eventually got some new, amended brackets for me. Took months to get resolve...

Re: Anyone with a Protection and Performance rollcage- quick question?

The two brackets for the feet behind the driver and passenger seats? Or the two at the front? I'm not sure if I can actually get in my car at the moment (crammed into garage), but can take a look later today if no-one beats me to it.

Re: Any benefits fitting a Turbo oil filter on NA?

But it's not designed to be used with your engine, so why would you? If the same filter could be used on both engines, then they wouldn't have bothered designing two different ones. You won't notice any difference at all, so stick to what Toyota recommend.

I'd probably browse the site on my mobile if it used Tapatalk / forumrunner. As it is, I don't bother as I can't be ar$ed with all the pinching, swiping etc.

That sounds like it belongs to a member who lives just over the bridge, monmouthshire is it? I bought some wheels off him a while ago.

I've left many cars standing for long periods of time up to a year. I just disconnect the battery and make sure the tyres are pumped up. Oh, and leave the handbrake off of course.

Re: All over for G164 CKV... didn't make the moon after all.

Until people are several years into a project they care about they can't really appreciate the investment of time and energy. Sorry to hear this Rob. +1 Quite often it's not about the money (our cars are pretty worthless in the grand scheme of things) but it's the sheer hours we've spent driving, f...

Re: Best v6 or v8 to buy?

About £4k for the engine and one of Gouky's fitting kits. All the labour I'm doing myself. Mines a turbo so all the driveshafts, gearbox etc get reused. Just need to buy a new clutch and flywheel to fit.

I think all in 5k is a fair price.

Manual nob Hopefully as its wired right by the ecu the standard resistor pack should fool racelogic into thinking they are high inpedance injectors! Lol! Yours works as it should mate? Yeah, mine works fine (in the wet on trackdays it's nothing short of miraculous) Installed mine about three ...

Re: Racelogic help

I don't recall reading that when I installed my racelogic TC system. Are you fitting the digital display or the manual knob version? Not sure if there is any difference though, mine is the manual knob version. I'll see if I can find my install instructions.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Polycarbonate window fitting

Could you also let us know where you bought the material from? £20 is a lot cheaper then buying it premade, although I'm not sure if I'd have the time, or an oven big enough actually!
