Buy the repair panels off Ebay they are about £35, the bottom of the front wing is held on by one bolt which often rusts away just drill and tap it.

The front anti roll bar is quite substantial so is unlikely to have broken, however the u-shaped brackets that hold it on are known to corrode and break. Update on this, we think that as the wheel is free when unweighted it definately fits. The actual spring cup on the strut seems to be sinking down as weight is applied, just goes to show how knackered suspension can get Surely the distance between the spring cup and the hub is fixed, it sounds like...

You can alter the locks to work with your key.
