Saw you this afternoon on the roundabout by Shell

I saw you in Shell too, but I was in the Cosworth at the time but was on my way home to pick up the MR2, which is when you saw me!

My passenger side headlamp isn't lighting up. I changed the bulb and the old one looked fine, and on putting a new one in, it still doesn't light up. What would cause this? Is there anything I can check to see what the problem is?

This is a stupid debate - they are two different cars designed for different purposes. I've got an S14 for when I want to travel long distances in comfort and speed and an MR2 (Mk1 admittedly, but the design principle is the same) for when I want some fun in the real twisty stuff. Tony and Mart - thanks for your help. I managed to get the car running today and I seem to have fixed the problem and it was one of the earth connections as suggested 8) I've been meaning to get round to it for ages but every time I have been motivated to do it the rain has been chucking down ](*,)

You see, that's why I'm not a mechanic, because I don't know stuff like that

The bad earth wouldn't explain the misfiring when cold though would it? Please excuse me if it does - I'm not exactly what you would call technical

Just recently, my MR2 has struggled to start after being left for a few days, and when it did it spluttered and didn't rev too happily until it was warmed up.
