Do you perchance have the mounting bracket for the centre box between the seats? I seem to have mislaid mine. 8-[

Re: Best 185/60 Tyres for teardrops

I've had a quick schmooze on mytyres.co.uk and there are a few available in that size which I'd consider: Vredestein Sportrac 5s - I've had them on the Celica in 205/50/16 and they're very nice tyres, the side wall is a little on the soft side though Uniroyal Rainexpert 3s - Again had them on the Ce...

Re: Breaking Highly modified rev 3 turbo

I spent 20 minutes looking for it this morning with no luck finding it, i still reckon it's in there somewhere but id'd have to spend well over an hour just to empty the shed and go through everything, time i just don't have just now, sorry :( No problems Martin, thanks for having a look. :thumleft:

Re: fused link / main fuse

http://manual.teq.org

Page 1041 of the manual has all the wiring diagrams for you. There is a fusible link which from what I recall is part of the main cable, along with other links in the engine bay fuse box.

Re: Trying to find Oem stock springs

It may be worth having a look for KYB springs, the catalogue says they only make the front springs now but there may well be some rears out there. http://kyb-europe.com/catalogue/ Had a look & here are a pair of rears, but double check with your car: https://www.spring-loaded.co.uk/proddetail.ph...

Re: MK1a engine in MK1b?

I think there was a difference in flywheel/clutch diameter between mk1a and mk1b. I suspect they may well be swappable, I'm sure someone round here will confirm. Flywheel diameter is identical, pretty much the same weight too. Only difference is the clutch on the later spec is a bit bigger as the f...

Re: Guildford Midnight Run - reluctantly cancelled

If you want to see the route on google maps put in these way points:

GU5 0HG - RH13 8LP - GU28 0ET (Rest stop) - GU32 2AT - GU5 0HG

That's without the run past Goodwood. 80 miles all in.
