Now the winter is here, i finally have time to spend on the car,with the insurance cancelled i can devote. you would probably need a quick hone out of the bores if they are standard sizes.
various sundries would add to ~£50 i guess.
whole job would probably cost around £300 in labour i would guess (depends where you go )

Clutch slip on both runs in 2nd gear tho,i had to slip it like a mother b£tch to get boost early on....

the turbo is a GT3040 (R i think)
its got a 56trim and 55lb flow rate.
Apparently a .6 ex/AR
I'm confused now though.
The exhaust leak is present but not extensive.
Apparently the turbo gives upwards of 500hp with fair spooling time.

the car has to be revved to a v'high rpm before it starts to kick.
