Bolts

Not sure if M7 threads are generally available, that size from memory is for brake parts. Once the middle of the bolt is drilled out the outer threads see a reduction in tension is the idea hence an easy out. Build up to 4.5mm hole an use the first taper tap and hopefully cut into the original hole....

Screws

Could you try wedging a small screwdriver under the hex screw head and unscrew? it might just stop something revolving, i thought the 2xM6mm screws with 10mm socket heads screwed into a single plate thats encased in the foam behind the bumper cover.

Good luck

Looks like they still do servicing of varying degrees for all MR2's and are known to be a major player since years ago in all aspects of this marque. Perhaps seals are a different situation.??

I.D.

Could go to Toyota dealer with SW20*****No. also model No, they will tell of build details extra's etc then ask them for a copy.
The seatbelt labels always give year of manufacture assuming they are originals which will not be a million miles away from vehicle build manufacture.

Good Luck.

Re: storm force car cover made my boot lid paint bubble up...

outside the paint has bubbled up.

Could it be sweating under the cover? Ferrari covers have a fleece lining presumably to avoid this situation.
If this cover was a cheap Halfraud's type now you know why.

From memory the Vreds have a higher load rating of 95Y whereas Toyo's possibly T or W rated depending on width took this to mean better quality? Same with Uniroyal lower load and lower price although brilliant.
