Re: Proper cutting polish
Autoglym resin to polish and the gold label to seal it all off, essential on the red, stops it going pink to quickly but then everyone has their fav polish. Prefer turtle wax back to black on a black car finished with the Autoglym gold label, brings the Supra up nice http://i5.photobucket.com/albums...

And again...bump!
Going on the quote I found from Lauren, guess you can resheath it but is it possible just to buy the cable by itself?

Re: Speedo cable question [ MKII ] .. how to replace ?
Yeah same question from me.
Section from the gearbox to mid point was fine but the cable is snapped (bit of it came out) from midpoint to clocks.
Would hate to have to re run the whole thing, so like Jim said, can you get just the cable and run it through the existing sheath?
Thanks
Todd

It's an import and it's had the conversion to allow the 2 outside lights to act as fogs and yes they both work.

Bulb holders are fine and all connections have been cleaned up.
I'll check with the mutimeter during the week and see what's what.

Brake Lights not working
All the lights on my car work fine (REV1 Tubby) apart from the rear brake lights. When you push the brake pedal you get nothing at the rear but the high level brake light does come on, this ruled out the brake switch. Checked the fuse box, fuse fine. Checked the bulbs and they are fine as well. So I...

If the company make a payout on the value of the car then I don't see how the above can be true?
I thought that you can offer to "buy" back the car but as said earlier the car belongs to the insurance company.
