Ok so drove to work and home today and nothing.... Maybe I got the air out last night. I had it sitting on my drive with the bum slightly in the air when bleeding maybe that helped... I'll keep an eye on it!

As per a guide... Engine off attach bleed hoses to front two bleed pipes, turn heater to hot, have them suspended from the bonnet catch and open, while getting bubbles keep topping up the fluid making sure not to allow the fluid filler to go dry...

Hi guys after my engine swap i filled fluid and followed the step by step to bleed system. i was happy enough to drive to fife from glasgow as a test run everything was ok except just as i was about to stop temp was verging on max just under... for about two mins then stopped. Got it!!! Did a mixture of most systems lol Split the union at the bulkhead got loads of air out there, then kinda had a pedal, and bled the bal as usual, also used an one way valve while bleeding and bingo. Only on first drive engine shuddered and pulled the two bolts holding the engine mount near ...

vega ive done it to mine while im swapping the engine out and looks cool but lots of holes to fill in the mean time... might get little rubber bungs to temp fill them until i decide whether to leav it off... as for the supra... looks really mean without not like the norm supra's you see about i like...

Ash thats wicked man.... Thanks alot what you have said is pretty much what i had planned to do with the engine mounts. As for the drive shafts i had attempted to use a cold chisel on either side of the shaft... but wasnt hitting with any purpose! so thankyou very much for your help! ill prop do an ...

and 10% of the wirring removed from the new engine.

aye lol... well believe it or not i and kinda mechanically minded, so i should hae a good idea once we get going. so ill see how far we get. maybe have two of us workingon getting my engine out and another preps the new negine and gets that ready to drop. vice versa..

donor car bought really happy with it! heard it running bought for cheap so i should clear my costs and make some back when selling bits... its a black rev1 most parts there apart from few lil bits but nothing to stop me swapping the engine out!!

i have phoned around for engines few breakersi n glasgows offering me engines for £200-300 i have also been offered a engine which has a blown head gasket.. which has been offered at £60 but its in leeds so im not sure if i want to rebuild that... unless its cost effective. So i think local £200 eng...
