Just filled up, got 175 miles 44 litres to fill it, just over 18 to the gallon on average, better than the 12 I was getting but still not great

So my mileage is up to 160 miles tank to tank, still no good, but it is better lol

Look like they stick out a bit, what's the offset? What size is the tyres on the front/ rear and what make/ tread depth

Got the car mot'd today, the emissions were at 9% co, until he adjusted the idle mix on the afm He had to screw it about 6 full turns to get it down to 2.6% I'd only just reset that screw to stock a couple of weeks ago lol...
Gotta be something wrong, as I'm told it should be about 1%...

mot garages now use the 13th edition ehaust standards book. if vehicle being tested is not in the book,then tester must use default limits,these are basicaly not cat limits (pre 92)eg.mr2 turbos are not in this book Just had mine mot'd and this is exactly the case :thumleft: Correct. Ok so my co was up at 9%, he managed to get it down to 2.5% using the idle screw on the afm and the co2 was at 11.2% at idle
Passed an mot too, 2 bulbs out was all it failed on

Could my lambda sensor be causing it? Quite possibly. Get a CO test done. If around 5% you need a new sensor. So what was the result to my post of March 19th ? I've not been in for one yet Peter, going to book it in for an mot later on today, cars been off the road really, fixing other issues that ...

Yea serviced it as well and set the idle screw to the stock position, as it was 1mm out

So I've fitted the o2 sensor, and the car seems different but when I do the bgb test it's still the same, and next step is change ecu!
Anyone got a spare rev 2 turbo ecu I can try before I buy? Or to just try see if it is that [Brick wall]
