ive done a couple of 6th gear exp at blyton park, they let you put your foot down quite a bit there, maybe it depends on circuit (blyton has loads of run off) good experience but did a single seater at silverstone this year that was great fun, by far a better buzz 20mins behind pace car then 20mins ...

A lot more fun than the merc, after driving the merc for the last 2 years and jumping back into the mr2 its the lightness of the front end that feels strange at fist

a couple of years ago if you looked on piston heads there would have been about 250 mr2's for sale most of them mark 2 , look now there's about 50 mostly mark 3's

here's one i made , half the fun is making a new tool
i used a cordless dewalt 18v impact wrench to get the bolt off ,didnt have to lock the pully,took a couple of battery recharges but it came off

Mine not been out this year at all (first time in ten years)
cut the sills off in the work shop at work then got busy had to push her to one side and there she stayed pinned in
going to finnish the job next month so im hoping for a warm winter to get a couple of cheaky days out

i used a dewalt 18v impact wrench, you can use the holes in the pully to lock it off

could'nt get my puller on the pully so as already said use the m8 holes flat bar and m19 studding and hey presto
