Lol I always get my alignment done there, I always wondered why they used to tell me 'oh yeah we get loads of these in here' when I go.

Interested in the cornerweighting people, was that a one off thing?

How much do you recon something like a flywheel would cost them to send as I fancy the jun one. It's either their or nengun but I dont fancy waiting a month for it to arrive with em.

I mean if its gonna be something stupid I might as well buy a fidanza from someone in the uk.

i have no idea what you guys are talking about markup and I dont know who the uk distributor is for those guys. I just said it looks a good kit which looks like it's going under some actual testing, unlike the greddy lets slap a bunch of generic parts kit together and the dodgy k-sport ones I wouldn...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] What brakes to get?

Just been reading on the us oc that wolfkatz are hopefully developing a monoblock caliper/disc kit. Using a currently unknown oem jap car caliper set. http://www.wolfkatz.com/MiscImages/BigBrakes/StageIIFront2.jpg I don't know about anyone else but it's piqued my interest, as long as new pads and di...

Sounds like a nice set up :thumleft: You'll love the Ohlins by the way if you like it supple 8) Ha yeah they are just sitting around at the moment as i'm saving for the other bits first. I bought H&R coilovers and there IMO, the best. Had to make a few minor tweeks here and there. I track my ca...

Re: Your Ultimate suspension / geometry set up no spend limit..

Thats allot of variables I bought a set of Apexi N1 coilovers when my car was na but then I realised it would limit the cars streetability, especially in london. Plus I doubt i'm a good enough driver to take advantage of the extra adjustments available. My planned setup is Ohlins/Phoenix Power dampe...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Is it worth uprating the anti roll bars?

I wish I did it first before spending on coilovers and strut bars... A proper noticable difference in body roll. Seconding this, although i'm on stock tubby billsteins. Strut bars did sod all for me, but when I had a set of TRD anti rollbars fitted the difference was like night and day. Seriously I...

That thing is wierd as hell, I spent about half an hour trying to see where the ae86 starts and the mr2 begins.

Whats the ride like? Do they have the same springs as mine? If so how much is the drop on em?

The adjusters have about 20 or so clicks on em which is pretty adjustable also.

[Mk2] [Generic] Yay! My Ohlins arrived

Nice and gold! Dampers look like they are in good condition, no leaks and they are adjustable also! Plus they came with a set of aftermarket springs it seems, which is nice as it saves me looking for some stiffer ones! Anyone know what make they are? They are purple, almost dark dark blue. http://im...

R888s can be used year round. I'd recommend you have a look at the V70a in a hard compound. Read: http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/kumho-v70a-longterm-test.htm http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/autobild-trackday-tyre-review.htm Oh man they come in 245/45/16, recon they would fit on an 8.5 in...
