Re: Legal advice - NEW DEVELOPMENTS - Further Update!

hiya sam,
best course of action imo,
send the guy an email or letter, telling him that you have said all you are prepared to say on the matter.and that any further correspondance
will either be returned,in an unstamped envelope or put in the bin. paul.

Re: Using Parts For Sale section for breaking cars :-(

personaly i don't think the problem is with private sellers. the problem is with breakers multi listing. certainly don't think their is a need to bring in charges. as the previous poster said, its not easy selling on here, but it is convenient and i for one would rather help fellow members out, even ...

hiya mate, the guy has no claim against you whatsoever. he purchased the car as tried and tested,in other words as seen. you are as you say not a trader, and sold the car in good faith. he agreed to buy the car,you agreed to sell it him,end of story. any recourse he may have,is against the mot centre...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Changing Gearbox Oil

important thing to note.
a few people have posted to say that they have drained the old oil.
only to find that they have been unable to remove the filler bolt.
so it is best to make sure you can remove this, before draining. paul.
