Yera i didnt move it all the way round, i simply rotated the apexi metal bit in the rtubber hose by about 5-10 degrees and it seems to have opened the space up a little. Update : cars been in a local garage today. the guy took the caliper off its not siezed or stuck but the pad was binding somehow on the disc.

he said there was no handbrake to the front wheels.

He says the wheel spins freely now! He checked the track ends and bearings no issues there...
