Going back a few years now, IIRC got about 315bhp out of the stock CT20b with supporting mods on stock internals.

With regards to my own car, have you even read about it? I have had a set of forged Wossner pistons ready and waiting for a whole year in case the cylinder pressures get too high for the stock ringlands. The superceded part number came in about a year ago, and i got caught out shortly afterwards. I actually called Toyota GB Tech Helpline, but you can guess what effect that had. :roll: Perhaps we should fax them a copy of this thread, a couple of the lads at RRG looked puzzled when I produced the on...

RRG have ordered 2 more types in to check against mine, if they are wrong i'll send you a PM Peter :thumleft: I know mine weeps a little when bleeding but doubt it lets air in once tightened up but clutching at straws replacing everything I can think of as don't want to accept cracked block or head ...
