I was given one remote with my keys when I bought my MR2. It works fine, but there's only one and it's a bit tatty. Can anyone help me identify whether it's standard? It has one button, has Toyota on the fob and inside it uses an 'old' 12v battery and it looks like the code is set by cutting tracks...

Ok, ive got a Rev 4 Turbo, I dont think it has any alarm on or anything :S but the when you use the "unlock" button on the key to lock the car, it only locks the passengers door? basically the lock and unlock dont seem to work on the drivers side door? But when i press the lock button abo...

Needs to have wiring adapted for import
you need to split unlock wire with diode to connect to 2 wires to have this work
