have you got a toad teck sheet for the alarm it tell you everything on there if not i can send one to you the only thing you can check for take the panel off where th central door locking box is and see if there is any diodes in the unlock wire 2 Diodes and all works fine why cannot these fitters f...

The siren is a small part you will need to find control box in car and look at alarm model number maybe able to sort you out

I had a Toad Ai606 fitted back in August and been having an intermittent problem with the sensor picking up an error with the bonnet which I know about. This is due to the installer not allowing enough slack in the wire to the pressure switch on the bonnet cowl. However, my more pressing problem is...

Make sure when you take a wire of you label them all up

as unles you fit them alot then you will stuggle with colours etc

hi there ian sorry i found your reply a bit confusin. if i cut away some sheathing from the cable and test for 12v then i will know???.i have looked at the bonnet plunger switch and i dont think its connected.wish i could find the prblem.its doin my head in. will definatly sort it tomorrow.up early...

the yellow is deffo needs connected to the ign wire if it isnt the car doesnt kick in at all. im wondering if the blue needs be wrapped around the ignition coil now you mention it... where can i find the ignition coil in a mr2 i looked earlier and couldnt find a red bull can lol looking at it blue ...

the yellow wire is coming of the ignition the am2 wire the white wire is going to ig1 wire the red/black is also connected to the ig1 wire green and blue seem both to be doing nothing for some reason the diagram and what the wires do, do not match up, these are all relays they will be the same for ...

hi there mate. i bought the car a few weeks ago and the alarm was already fitted. i have the reciept for it being fitted but dont think that will make much difference. im sure everything is working as it should be apart from the siren.if there was no 12volt feed to the siren would this problem happ...

i have a mk rev 2 mr2 turbo with a toad ai606 on it the alarm works i.e i mean the lights flash but the siren just does not sound or chirp when the alarm is going off. pritty sure its gonna be the siren but does any1 have any light they can shed on the situation before i take it to garage for them ...
