Does anyone have info on the hass turbo kit on this in comparison to the tte turbo that ive seen on other mk3s? Thanks! Hass is a bigger turbo with the tte running out of steam much passed 200bhp. if i remember those switches correctly they just a variable resistor so you just wire up the pads with all heating pads to the live from the switch and it will put down more power the warmer you want it

i would look at the new short block as pistons were revised in 2003 but the block was also revised in 2005 so making the 2005 engine the best. so getting a new short block will give you the best engine. the other thing you can do is give mattperformance on mr2roc a pm as he does engine rebuilds.
