IMO you don't want anything too dark or you lose the spokes which will be a shame.

Thats the reason for the disclaimer. Installation is down to the individual. There is a fitting guide available for those if they want it though which walks through the process.

Same as the stock bolts. Torque the stock bolts and Cap head bolts to
65ft/lb.

Torque the front caliper to 25ft-lb and rear to 14ft-lb
