Don't think so but ill check, its a rattle not a blowing sound.
Although its defo coming from right at the top, loudest when my ear is near to the throttle body.

Main earth is defo on. Earth under the intake is on. Small earth on gearbox side wasn't on. Where does that connect from/to. well anyways..... Engine started, huge cloud of smoke. Problem was, each cylinder was dripping in fuel and water because it had been in the rain too long. Cranked it for 2 min...

Engine in - Not Starting - Smoking Earth
As the title says :) Just replaced the engine, turns over fine but wont start. Batt was flat so I connected up to the GFs car for a jump start (yes the cables were the right way around haha) I noticed this earth cable was smoking badly when I went to the engine bay. I recently replaced the entire pipes. Used hose, p clips, hose joiners and mikalor clamps. I also removed what was left from my aircon as well. and used the route the aircon pipes took to run the new hoses. No faffing around dropping the fuel tank, relatively cheap (£50 ish) and a few hours to do. W...

well I found why the turbo died ....
Compressor wheel got mashe dby what looks lik esome big chunks of rubber.
picked out a few square inches from the IC.

what should I go with on the clutch?
Will the (non silicone base) 5.1 Fluid i used on the brakes work fine in here or am i best to get dot 4?

Hey folks, Well .... the Tubby started after 6 months today, just got the IC pipework to sort out now and she'll be going for welding for MOT However whilst I have the nose in the air (and as the aircon stuff has been removed from the engine bay) is it ok to remove the aircon rad from the front etc?...
