Most of the panels are in this video, along with the skirts. Yeah, its not the coolant temp you want to worry about though. You want two things - coolant level - so you know if its empty, Air intake temp - so you know what temp the air going into the engine is. The system is a full ST205 system. I think the best way mate, is to fit an ST205 ECU as it has the circuit for monitoring it.

Alternatively, Im sure something could be rigged to the level sensor to flash on your dash that its low.

I tended to check mines once a week (or every 200 miles or so) just to be certain.
