Re: Were to get braided brake hoses?

Hi Karl, I was looking at this the other week. I think it was www.Motorsportworld.co.uk that were doing HEL brake lines for about £51 if I remember correctly.

Let me know if you find them anywhere cheaper as I need to do mine soon too.

Cheers, Michael.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Power steering failure?

Hi, No codes came up Skywalker.

Are the bushes easy to replace? Which ones are you talking about specifically? might be worth changing them if I can get them cheap enough.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Pacific Works prototype Airbox

Looks brilliant, I'd take one.

Would it not be more beneficial to shove the filter right down into the side air vent? Just a thought.

[Mk2] [Generic] Measuring drop link.

Hi all, I'm looking to replace my drop links on the front but since I have uprated suspension I wanted to get adjustable drop links and find the perfect length. When the car is on a flat surface I want to measure the length the drop link needs to be but the ARB can move freely so I don't know where ...

Re: mk2 sill replacement glasgow area

Hi Allan, Just thought I would add my name to the list of people looking for this service in Glasgow too.

I know "McLarens" in Kirkintilloch are supposed to be excellent mate but I have not used them myself.

Cheers. Michael.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Crashing suspension!! ARGHHHHH!!

I have standard drop links with Tein S-techs and no problems... Would you be able to take a few photos of the suspension while the car is on the ground mate? I just want to see what the difference is. It looks like my drop links are huge and way too big but they are regular length front drop links ...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Crashing suspension!! ARGHHHHH!!

Just took a photo of my suspension as it looks when sitting on all 4 wheels: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v247/msherry21/893.jpg As you can see the spring is almost fully compressed. I have just fitted those standard length drop links. Are they too long and causing this problem? Has anyone else...

Hi all, Does anyone in the UK sell adjustable drop links for the front of my rev3 turbo? I need shorter ones asap.

Or does anyone know the length of mk2 rear drop links?

Cheers, Michael.

[Mk2] [Generic] Crashing suspension!! ARGHHHHH!!

Hi all, I'm having a nightmare with the suspension on my rev3 turbo. I've just replaced my Tein Coilovers with rebuildable shocks, Tein S-type springs, standard 260mm drop links & kept the Tein pillowball top mounts. The rears "seem" to be fine but the front sounds awful, the suspensio...

Another Toyota logo??

While on this point, How do you fill these holes properly? I have a few number plate holes like the logo ones and want to fill and paint them properly. How do I do this? Sorry for the slight hijack.

Cheers, Michael.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Best value standalone ECU?

We used to have "Dastek" actually up here in Dalgetty Bay, Fife but apparently they don't exist there anymore. :-( Thats where my chip was originally fitted and mapped, was brilliant too.

Cheers.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Best value standalone ECU?

Cheers for that guys, thats my decision made then, just need to find a Power FC, or maybe even see if he could just map the Unichip? To be fair, its already been mapped, may just need a "tweak" here and there.

cheers, Michael.
