IMO, youd be better off selling the engine/ancillaries seperate and putting a standard tubby lump in there. You might get near what your asking then

Havent read all this thread - but sounds like you need to mount the earth as close to the amp as possible, not to the battery.

Hi, I found the two control wires by doing a continuity test from the connector in the engine bay to the stereo loom. but if I put +12v on both of these nothing happens. If i check the voltage it drops to 0.3 volts. so is this a short somewhere?? I cant find it if there is one.....arrghhh... Paul.

I cant work it out. I have the electrical diagram....but the colours it has on the diagram are different to my car!! I'm lost . I think there are two wires that need to have a +12v feed from the stereo....but which ones???
