Also - have you got some more pics of the engine bay please?

Who do you insure it with and how much do you pay? I'm 34, 10YNCB and no accidents, car would be garaged.

Cheers,

Hi,

I'm tempted by this one. I'm looking for somethnig a smaller and more economical than my Aristo Vertex - this might be just the ticket! Your not far from me either.... When I get home I'll check out the pics.

Hi Paul, In the dry the power goes down extremely well. Little bit of rear movement when you whack the power on in first, but as soon as you deliver second gear, it sticks like s**t to a blanket! Absolutely fine to drive around town... clutch isn't too heavy and its not too bity if you know what i ...

Hi,

Can I ask a few Q's about this car? I'm still tempted!

How well does it get the power down? Is it undrivable around town? Have you got any 1/4 mile times etc?

Cheers,

Re: Roy ashbys wheelie popping mr2

IMO, youd be better off selling the engine/ancillaries seperate and putting a standard tubby lump in there. You might get near what your asking then :)

Re: Not sure what to do with my MR2 rev3

Bought a 95 Rev 3 turbo in Black the other day, the lad said the cambelt had gone on it, but it turns out I think he was running too much boost and theres no compression. What would it be worth to someone? Has 11months MOT and 3 months Tax, 70k-ish km/miles displayed. HKS boost controller, Green co...

Havent read all this thread - but sounds like you need to mount the earth as close to the amp as possible, not to the battery.

Re: aerial wiring.

Hi, I found the two control wires by doing a continuity test from the connector in the engine bay to the stereo loom. but if I put +12v on both of these nothing happens. If i check the voltage it drops to 0.3 volts. so is this a short somewhere?? I cant find it if there is one.....arrghhh... Paul.

Re: aerial wiring.

does no one know this :(

I cant work it out. I have the electrical diagram....but the colours it has on the diagram are different to my car!! I'm lost :(. I think there are two wires that need to have a +12v feed from the stereo....but which ones???

anyone??

Paul.
