Re: Bike exhaust..
Anyone put a bike exhaust on there mr2?? I'm thinking of making one up just a straight through pipe with a bike exhaust on it. I don't have to worry about emissions or anything! I had one on my 4agte for all of the mile it ran. Noise wasn't that bad, although the turbo surpressed most of the noise.

Re: Brake pads
I've never had any problem with that Tim :) A light coating has never spread anywhere I didn't want it to  Its science fact, not science fiction. If its on the back of the pad it will be in contact with the piston seal #-o If you don't believe me, google why not to use copper grease on brake ...

Re: Brake pads
Try coating the back of the pads with coppergrease Ian You'll probably not need anti squeal shims I don't always use em Thats the worst possible advice ](*,) Copper grease can eat the brake seals, so if you spread it everywhere your only going to cause more problems. You should use rubber or silico...

Re: F 800 EAM - any update/news?
Just to drag this thread somewhere back in the direction of it's original topic, I nabbed the Mrs' kitchen scales today and weighed a couple of panels whilst they were off the car. The fibreglass bootlid is 2.2kg and the FG engine cover is 2.3kg. At some point I'll try and weight some standard pane...

Re: 4A-GE & 4A-GZE Crankshaft & Flywheel
I would presume not considering Toyota changed it. However my guess is that Toda have simply applied the maximum friction surface area possible to their product; it's not like they are going to go to the effort of R&D'ing something which won't stand up to abuse, Toda stuff is aimed at circuit u...

What does it matter? You won't do anything about it anyway.
