Re: peeps with border fronts...
Yeah undertray would be nice to make, just never find the time! Yes just about every multistorey car park will cause a light scrape on the underside of the bumper. Also raised pavements in front of parking bays will make you cry when you hear the bumper crash into them  PS if you're going to g...

Re: peeps with border fronts...
1. Didn't bother with undertrays though I'd like to put them back on somehow eventually. 2. Speedbumps are fine, inclined driveways are not! The Border sticks out a fair bit further than the stock bumper and it will scrape when approaching an inclined surface :( Thankfully most of the damage happens...

Re: XS Power Exhausts
Thats a bit of a generalisation isn't it!? I've had an XSpower DP for over a year now - installed by myself and without needing any extra bits at all. It doesn't show any signs of cracking... Yes there are posts of this DP (and many others) cracking but most of the time its down to the fitting (e.g....

Re: Which intercooler?
I got the second one, you have to buy a couple of extra hoses but otherwise the quality of the kit is good.
First one looks ok too, the hoses look like higher quality, but again you might have to buy 1 or 2 extra.

It allows oil to bypass being filtered completly in case the filter gets blocked. I wouldn't worry too much but for peace of mind I'd go buy the longer one.

Re: What Torque For The Shocker Bolt?
Yeah you'll need a helper though, compress the springs as much as you can and then just twist the top round. Get your friend/victim to hold the mount in place while you retighten the shock nut (you can tell them to mind their fingers depending on if you want them to a be a friend or victim).

Border went bust (or was it bomex?) so you'll only get copies now. Stylingfx seem to do very good copies for reasonable prices =D>
