Steve,
If paid via paypal then you could file a dispute to see if you can your money back.
Not sure about doing a BACS transfer payment? Contact your bank maybe for advice? Maybe even your local cop-shop for advice if they don't turn up or if he doesn't arise.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] TURBO GONE
Changing Turbo is a bit of a job. Easiest thing although not easy LOL! is to unbolt the manifold with turbo attached and remove from car in one unit then unbolt the turbo from manifold on bench as will be a b1tch!
Big job really bolts tend to snap.

I use to use them all the time. Found someone I preferred to use in the end. They were thoroughly nice chaps really problem was I think the staff are just over worked so standards slipped that way.

Just to mention. Your 'coolant' is 'antifreeze'. Just depends on the mixture in its resistance to freezing.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Clutch life on uprated clutches...450ft/lb RPS less than a year...?
If your clutch only lasts a couple of months there is something VERY wrong with either clutch and/or fitting or your driving style but god knows what you need to do to burn it out that quick!
