The answer is simply you cannot make a spacer for rev 1 2 as the unit is a complete casting the other side of the butterfly's. There are no bolts to take it apart like a rev 3 na therefore you can't add a spacer

Machine shop just called. Collecting parts this afternoon, will send out the 2nd part of the invoice tonight to those involved, once paid i will post out

Sorry for the delay, we unfortunately use the same machine shop as 3 formula 1 Teams, and they have some big runs on the cnc mills at the minute, however i have been advised they will try and squeeze our job in as soon as possible.

I will update you as soon as I can.

Hoping end of next week, already have the cnc drawing so its just a case of how long it takes to send away for anodising,
