Yes, the mechanic said he couldn't get a reading from it when plugging it in to the machine due to corrosion. Cheers You need a new mechanic. the diagnostics port is covered in grease from toyota, i've never seen a corroded one, it also has a lid and is under the engine cover, out of the way of wat...

Yes- on the RM's the adjuster is under the car, but still very accesible :thumleft: Very easy to reach, i have these :thumleft: Build quality is very impressive aswell of my BC collies, they are several years old i believe but a quick wipe shows no sign of wear :D Have you been in an MR2 with BR's?...

Does anyone have experiences of both the BC racing RA & RM series coilovers?
I understand the RM are inverted, do they come with remote resevouirs?
Looking to purchase new in the next week or so, they'll be used on the road, about 2k miles per year

why not just move the crank pulleys mark to 0 on the lower cam belt cover? its not rocket science, no need to take spark plugs out and f4nny around

take top cambelt cover off. move crank to 0 , check cam pulleys align up with the backing plate
or , take cam cover off, put crank at 0 and make sure cams align to the marks on the cylinder head

bottom of the sump, 4 small bolts, and pull it out.. they are expensive though.

is the light red or yellow?
being an NA if its a UK, itll have an oil level sender, yellow light
red light is oil pressure
the oil level senders fail, usually flickering the light...
