I forgot to mention that the car has four good but used tyres on stock wheels.
I should also have said that it's "first come first served", no dibs. Been burned that way before! Oh and also that the car is advertised elsewhere - to borrow the eBay phrase.

Re: [FINALIZED] Rev 3 turbo - £1,000 - spares or repair
Which bit? :) May have seen you around, there are a few '2s in these parts. Mine has had two sets of stock wheels so it's definitely not spigot rings, though I did get through 5 sets trying to sort this. Just replied to a PM on this so thought I'd paste the meat of the message here to avoid repeatin...

Rev 3 turbo - £1,000 - spares or repair
Some of you who also log into MR2OC may have seen my 58 page project thread about this car. To cut a very long story short, it has a steering shake which has proven incurable. I've now stripped all my modifications off it and just wish to see the back of it. Obviously the new owner is welcome to try...

Karting evening - Rye House 18th at 7:45pm
Just in case anyone wants to join in... Myself and a few work colleagues are signed up for a race at Rye House, Hoddesdon. It's a 1hour endurance for up to 26 karts. So far we're the only people signed up! If you're around and available it'd be great to have some more competition. Price is £77 for t...

Looks like it'll be May at the earliest if we go for SRR. There are some other potentials, I'll keep the thread updated.

Re: 23rd Feb - Cold Weather Rolling Road
Looks like I'll be arranging another if these in the next two months due to popular demand..
Will post pics from this one over the weekend. I hadn't realised how long it would take my poor laptop to deal with the SLR pictures.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] 4-point Front Underbrace
Seen this in the metal and it's a first rate bit of kit.
Would have put it on mine there & then but it won't go with the rev 1 adjustable tie bars I've got installed.
Looking forward to seeing the rev 1 compatible version and / or a single-bar version like we discussed Luke.

Re: Revision 3 GTS Turbo (Bargain £2300 !)
Has it had any of the major service items done while you've owned it? For example clutch, water pump, HG, rad, exhaust?
Has it got air con? When was that last serviced/re-gassed?

I bought my last one specifically because it was tin-top. Had leaky cars before and it's no fun at all. Do find that most potential buyers don't think like that in my experience.

Much appreciated Before it died my rev 2 was tin top so you don't need to convince me.
