yeah thats what i was thinking but the hks is the thinnest of the ic's isnt it so surely if you can fit a spearco in with a fan & shroud in there then you can fit a hks with the same?

Was it a pig to fit too?? Do you retain the std plastic shroud?

But before i fit it i wanna get a decent spal fan and shroud fitted to it. Has anyone had any experience with these ic's and knows what the biggest fan i can get on is possible??

when i stripped down my old 4a-ge which had done 145k miles you could still see the hone marks as if the engine had only done 10k!!!

could you split the signal when it comes out of the gearbox speedo sensor? send one signal unaltered to the ecu and send the other to the dash after feeding it through the converter chip? you might also need to send the unaltered signal to the P/S ecu so the steering doesnt stay on over the set spe...

i have now found out why the unit was reseting - it was user error!!!

Still need help on the speedo problem though!

Hi, i've just brough an apexi rsm and was wanting to set it all up and so on but i need the std wheel and tyre dimension as i only have the after market wheels on mine and want to calibrate the wheels size differences.
