I understand high grade fuels are recommended to run your Mr2 on, how many of you actually use super or optimax? As far as i know, lower grade fuels leave carbony deposits in the cylinders that can get hot and cause preignition, forcing pistons down prematurly? does the 2 have a safety mode for this...

whats that all about? apparantly the car came across without belts on, and the tensioner bolt is missing too. I know the UK has different legislations to do with the (R2 or something) gas used in Japan. has anyone else had this? is it risky fitting belts and trying to run the air con again after som...

Has anyone used whiteline components? they only list the mk3 on their uk website, but they say they will have the products if you dig deeper.

you must get this once a week at least...just upgraded to a rev2 tubby, (its funny what noises you dont hear when test driving) - tuscan coilover suspension has been refurbed on the front and left completly knackered on the back :shock: , the ride is rough enough for the skinnyist of drivers to need...

cant find the damn oil filter, its a g limited NA 91, i know it should be on the drivers side near the sump but a little higher up the engine, can any one direct me? also its on an axel stand in the road which doesnt help! Its the cutting agent that is the real danger, less so the tool. the swirl patterns are most common or visible on black paintwork cos of the light refraction, when polishing remove with a light stroke, when waxing use a heavier stroke. less polish will avoid streaking too. no need to spend big bucks...

we could start by hijeacking the water supply and pumping tonnes of testosterone through the supply to balance the raving poofters to rampaging rambos, only im concerned what will happen when my misses grows a beard. and wouldnt like to suggest where to get all the testosterone for 'project manly'!

I think your right, she admits to enjoying the sound of the cams with the roof off, and says it makes sense to have the engine in the back (dont know what she bases that on-physics knowledge = nill) but i agree in driving terms. A good blast might scare her though.J
