Re: [Mk2 Turbo] can i convert to MPH if already delimited?

I'm just guessing here but I would have thought that each convertor reads the incoming speed and then simply multiplies it by 0.625 (or whatever the calculation for Km to miles is) and then pipes the new signal out the other end. If you have two of these devices in series, won't the final reading b...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] can i convert to MPH if already delimited?

i think so, but the gear in theory will never reach past 180mph yes i totally agree but do you see where i am coming from? and am i right in saying that is how it happens? so i would think it would be ok to put on a MPH convertor, but would anyone say that the 2 chips (the delimiter on the ecu and ...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] can i convert to MPH if already delimited?

right to get this right in my head japanese cars are limited to 180km/h now when you fit a convertor/delimiter, you convert in to MPH, but don't attually remove the limiter as the car is still limited, but now its limited to 180MPH and not 180km/h is this right???? now if this little black box in th...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] camskill - what are they like

Camskill are really very good
i get alot of bits for my FTO from them
really very knowledgable and keen to help, prices are very good too ( they often give discount on alot of original Mitsi stuff, so can't be bad)

Re: Rear fog light question

I imagine it is too small for starters, and if its not even as bright as your rear sidelights you have a big problem! It should be as bright or brighter than your brake lights. The size shouldn't be a problem as, as the lens is no smaller than some cars rear fogs and it is brighter than the rear li...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] can i convert to MPH if already delimited?
