i was once going down M11, a scooby when past with a little fiesta right up his a*se, i never laughed so much :mrgreen: , when the flames popped out and the fiesta driver s**t it and hit the brakes harder than ever.

that will teach the chavs. :lol:

No worries matey, just let me know when you want it. :wink: i have to agree harry the build quality is superb, and i love the pops and bangs, all i need now is flames :D 8) the fit is great and it doesn't swing about. nice yigh...

Hi i Got my Apexi GT Spec Exhaust earlier this week 8) :D when i finally finished fitting it, had a right nightmare getting the original centre section off ( whata palava) went for a drive, must admit i was expecting it to be alot louder. it is loud but very barable. hi i have a HKS EVC 5 boost controller for my REV 3 turbo but i am alittle confused with the pipes on the actuator and which pipes i conect to the controller? do i take a T piece and T off the little pipe that goes from the turbo (intake side) to the actuator, this goes to the controller? and then t...

Was it worth doing Jamitsi did you notice better spool and some flames and poppin really want to do it just nervous bout how long it will take and the problems ill encounter It will take you a good few hours!! and wire brush the nuts and bolts then soak really well in WD40 or similiar be very very ...

hey mate i did mine the other week and you are right they are a right pain to get off took me 2 attemps but knocking the guts out is easy enough i got a big screw driver and hammered it into the edges a few times and then got long extension bar from a socket set and hammered that in the small end it...

Hi,

Has anyone come across this problem before??
The Bilstien shock piston rod rattling in the shock absorber

would like to know if this can happen?

6 sided sockets are a god send!!

just make sure you get the molegrips gripping the socket real good!!

or another option is to grind the sides of the socket down and use a c spanner on it :D

there are 2 bolts at the bottom of the heatshield, which one is it, front or back one?? i am thinking its the back one as, i could only get a socket on it and not the wrench :evil: do you have a six sided socket? because this is what you want as these don't round off bolts as easy, fit excactly over...

what do you need to get it off for? grinding it off will be very very hard, rather you than me!! i don't know what to suggest, maybe a dremel thingy and grind a slot in the head and use a socket with a screwdriver attachment but if your going to do that u might aswell gring the whole thing off I see...

i fitted a HKS filter to mine the other week and i totally agree with u about turbo spooling whistle, and the louder hiss of the dump valve. but you will hear a honk/fart/barking/coughing/goose/duck like noise i find more noticable when cruising and coming on /off boost gently apparently all intakes...

hey mate i know the bolt you are on about i have had that same heat shield off today its the bottom rearward bolt?? the air con compresser is in the way it took me awhile to get it off, i used a socket and a monkey wench but you really need a offset/ angled ring spanner and a good dose of WD40 jamie

Hey guys, guess what? yep, i got the cat off today :D 8) :D took off the elbow heat shield, and got more acess to the support bracket bolts on the driverside, loosed those off straight away, then i thought what the hell lets give the elbow to turbo nuts a try and guess what? they all came undone str...

everything went back together

however i have a week off next week and might give it another go :D 8)

also need to order some bushes for the rear TRD roll bar
heard they are a pig to do aswell ](*,)

GOD! the FTO is so much easier to work on
