removing the front spacesaver tyre will affect the weight in the front by around 2%.

Input your sizes there.

But basically, if your current tyres fit, then the new ones will as they're effectively smaller.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] whats this and why is it leaking oil?

It's just a breather. Keep it plugged in or your engine may run lean.
It's normal for this to be oily. If it won't push in and stay in then you may need a new rubber seal.
Incidentally, with rev1/2 engines, pulling this for the mot dill result in very low co2 readings. 8-[

What car do you have? add it on the profile menu, takes seconds.

Does it have LSD?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Air con rad removed, compressor belt?

yes, cut, or remove it properly. it serves no purpose for you.

If the air con is not activated then it will not be creating any drag on the system, so no you wont lose any of horses or fuel.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] High pitched whistle

The tube to the right of the oil cap will make that noise if removed/ damaged. Check that out. It appears ok but check the other end.

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Rattle can day.

Yes it does, it's part of the car, welded on I think.
Only took a few minutes to mask off the exhaust and bumper and then spray.

Its not an MOT failure not to have a spare.
You may as well ditch it.

Re: Spacesaver variants

Yes.
You cant even get the wheel on the front.

Or invest in a can of tyre weld.
