For a really crude check just connect a hose from the boost piping or inlet manifold direct to the actuator. It will boost like ****** so be carefull and only go light throttle. That wil prove turbo can do it. Baically the boost from your inlet manifold/boost pipe will hold the actuator closed no m...

normally done with offsets rather than spacers

i am guessing but instead of +40 offsets i reckon they could be somewhere near 0 or even - offsets

the hydraulic tensioner "should" be ok, it will need to be re-set by using a vice and a small allen key . i would change the pulleys as a matter of course water pump is normally suggested as its simple whilst the belt is off . very simple test for the pump when the belt is off is the pulle...

like jj says it makes no little to no odds what it says while driving along its under boost which counts mine for the record says around 35-40 on a hot day while cruising ,sometimes goes to 45 in traffic typically around 10 degrees above ambient im running a bosch pump and a radtech c/c also worth n...

if you fit the complete rev3 wiring loom from the engine and chassis all the way up to the passenger footwell it will work ok otherwise it is a headache repinning i converted my old rev 1 to run rev3 bits and it took some sussing out joining a rev3 engine loom to a rev1 chassis loom is even more of ...

you will need to split all 4 wheel bearings and replace them aswell as once pressed out they cannot be reused .

mine corroded and i just ripped them off :-$

if you still have the 540cc injectors and stock toyota map sensor then it will be fine to use on base map ,Just don't go doing too much full boost business as the base map is a little fierce for uk fuel and you will get lots of knock

Ok my carbotechs have done over 5000 road miles and 3 hard trackdays and the pads still look like new as do the discs .
