That red MR2 is without doubt, the smoothest I've ever seen. Really like the blending he's done on it. :thumleft: Here ya go Skippy boy... Before: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y250/skipp123/Car1.jpg After: http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h55/glenbarnett/skipp_mr2_new.jpg Enjoy. EarL

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Tubby to NA and back ? anyone
Having had all three, I can definately say that I don NOT miss the turbo one bit! Since the V6 was fitted, I drive my car more than any MR2 I've owned in the past. It's more relaiable, smoother, more economical and sounds better than all of them put together, and that includes my old Beast! Your dri...

Graeme, great to hear you've still got the car. I thought at one point you were selling it. Superb figures mate. Well deserved. Ryan's come on leaps and bounds ove rthe last two years. I hasten to say, he's had a bloody good teacher though in Dave Rowe. Can't fault his work. Nice to see you'v...

How can you possibly expect to attract buyers, without at least adding a few pictures, and a little detail of WHY it's a
"Show Stopper" to your advert.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Fueling Requirements for GT35R up to 600Bhp
An in tank pump used a s a lifter to decent swirl pot, and a Bosch 044 pump to the rail will definately improve matters. I ran just a 255lph pump on my old car and it started running out of fuel at high boost. Injector wise, you've got exactly the same as I had, which will suffice to way past 500bhp...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Intercoolers xs power vrs
With things like this, you get what you pay for. Recommended brands are: GReddy, Pheonix Power (rare), Berk & Spearco as Jim says, but some are veryt hard to find. A good alternative is to go for a ST205 ChargeCooler instead. More effective at dispersing heat soak, and more or less guaranteed to...

Re: v6 turbo
Now its getting mapped right lets see if 2bar is on the cards :eye: Hang on, is the motor built with forged internals?? If it's not, and you run it at 2 bar, that'll be the shortest lived V6 on the planet! If you're going to fit a GT35, a few other things are going to have to be changed as well. In...

Re: TOTB VII (2008) - "Team MR2"
Under the circimstances Andy, they're some respectable times. Heat like this is never conducive to low times on the strip. Last year was pretty much the same. I'm sure with the right weather and levels of grip, one of the team will get a 9 some time this year mate. :thumleft: Well done guys!!! EarL.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rate your coilovers
JIC Magic FLA-2's. Hard as hell, but make my V6 the best handling MR2 I've ever driven. 10/10 EarL. Hard as hell can't make a car handle well on road, track maybe, road no. Completely true Steve. On bumpy roads they're a nightmare, but where I live, there are few bumpy roads, and the route to work ...
