Is it just the actual mast that has broken or something in the aerial mechanism? Toyota sell replacement masts.

That's a 24v blower fan. I'm sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong but you'd want a 12v puller fan like the VA07-AP7/C-31A or VA02-AP70/LL-40A.
