End result:

Took it to another garage that owed me a favour and: It passed. Easily. Took the car back to the garage for a re-test (Different guy) and it easily passed again. Only difference being that they both stuck the sensor in the right side and blocked the left. Also disputed the front brakes failing on th...

I've checked the figures and added dashes just in case. A guy, here at work, has a code reader so hopefully he'll appear and check. (He owns a crazy Mk2 import).

The pre-face lift model, at 35,000 miles, had the pre-cats removed yet STILL eat oil approaching 68,000. Yay. my 2000 PFL with 100k has no oil consumption at all. Even pushing it over the alps and the occasional track day and I've not had to top up in between servicing. Stuart Then you're damn luck...

I've had 4 Mk3 MR2 models, all different years, including 2 from 2004. ALL of them have used oil. Every single one.

By the time you've purchased the engine, fitted the thing, found any issues, you might as well have purchased a Porsche Boxster.

I've played all the C&C games including 4 which made me cry. Please be aware that you'll need to join EA's 'Origin' store to play the games included with 'the first decade'. Not a problem but can annoy a few people Have you tried Supreme Commander 1 & 2? 2 is a little more compact but both d...

Yesh. My Step father commented about x and y but I'll take it down to the workshop tomorrow morning and under his guidance I'll see what's going on. He thinks that a pipe will have probably cracked.

ABS with two half moons as he called it appears on the dash.

He looked at me then looked at the gap then he just got back in to finish parking (and started by moving forward) but this time sent his passenger out and completed in three or four more moves. He then just got out and walked off. ...At the point of looking at the gap he probably realised why you b...

£130.... £130

Adrian Flux threw on a £30 something or other charge due to finding the best possible quote... they did and that's why they knew that they could throw on an extra £30. Grrr.

Next year I'll do as above and damn well get it cheaper.
