I agree with kiwi about the filter... so many people just stick a cone/mushroom filter on and have done.. imo this would just make things worse unless properly shielded as it will suck more hot air in than a standard air box

Cheers guys for the comments.. I'm going to do a service on her just to make sure evrythings ok oil+filter, water, plugs,dizzy and rotor arm. Then i'll take a look into getting this boost set right... it's currently got fitted an in car boost controller is this alright as i here a lot about a graing...

LoL Chaved corsa :lol: The spotlights were on when it was imported and never have them on. Maybe i should get round to taking them off really. Also the number plate was put on by the importers and to be honest i quite like it with it being so small.. may change it if i ever get pulled by the police ...

Blood you wouldnt want a sound clip of that exhaust, its the same that on mine at the moment.... it's as quite as a mouse.... just a bit deeper.... no burble at all and not even slightly loud when you nail it... thats why im after changing mine

Thanks AL-SW20 That sounds about right... what do i need to do to stop it from happening again? FCD? Also ive just read that the rev two cuts at about 12-13psi.... im running around 1 bar what is 1 bar in psi?? how much further can i go or is this pretty much the limit? basically i rekon my fuel cut...

Yeah boosting at around 1bar and has been fine up until about 2hrs ago, Maybe i'll back the Boost controller off a bit... Scares me when thing's like this happnens... No havent checked for codes... how do i do this? If it was fuel cut would it be so violent at cutting power? i mean it was quite dang...

I dont get any judder or wobble just feels like the whole fronts gone light.... gotta say though slappin your foot back down at 100mph it pulls harder than my evo.... this cars a fekin beast.... why didnt i buy one ages ago... Would wider tyres help at all? it's smooth but just a little to light for...

Hmm i rekon i know the type of road he's on about.. theres a few out by me, nice and straight in the middle of no where... should clearly be national but they stick 30's up.... makes no sense. Having said that i would never speed and never do since writing my evo off... head ons at 50mph into a 4x4 ...
