Dont think its power steering, I've just ran out to get a short clip of the noise. I noticed my turbo timer was on when i turned the ignition on... the noise went off when i turned the tt off but if i turn the ignition back on with the tt off it still does it.... what is it and is it supposed to do ...

Today i decided to take my rear lights off so i could clean the area behind them as i pulled the right hand light out i snapped one of the 2 clips that holds it on.... so does anyone know the part number for these clips or has anyone got one going spare (maybe if your breaking) Second question is......
